Welcome to the Office of Children's Affairs RFP Submission Portal:
The Office of Children’s Affairs supports the lifespan of Denver’s youth through strategic partnerships and equitable programming that promotes growth and learning at every stage. Our vision is for Denver to be "The Best City to Raise a Family," where current residents choose to stay, new families are drawn to move, and youth report feeling happy, healthy, and safe.
Through our competitive Request For Proposal (RFP) process, we support organizations to provide affordable, high-quality community-based programs to support a diverse array of services to positively impact the health, well-being, care and development of children and youth across the following ages/grade levels, primarily outside the school day/school system:
- Prenatal – Pre-Kindergarten (pregnant mothers – age 4)
- Elementary school (ages 5-11, grades K-5)
- Middle school (ages 11-14, grades 6-8)
- High School (ages 14-18, grades 9-12)
- Young Adults (ages 19-24)
